Thursday February 27

Hamburger Mary’s Clearwater welcomes the comic vocal talents of Wendy Ho during their whcf_thur_mary7:30 show this evening. Want to see her in Tampa and Orlando? She will be performing two shows at Hamburger Mary’s Tampa on Friday at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., and Saturday night she will be performing at the Parliament House in Orlando, in their Footlight Theatre, at 8 p.m. Call for reservations for the Hamburger Mary’s shows: In Clearwater, (727) 400-6996. Have you seen the SIN-tillating all-male revue at Quench Lounge in Largo? I have, and you will not be disappointed by the moves these hot go-go boys have! Kaleb will be hosting two shows, at 10:30 p.m. and midnight. The people at Quench tell us that these dancers can quench more than just your thirst, and I’m quite aware of that! Friday February 28

Dress sexy like you’re parading through the streets of Rio and come to Revolution Nightclub in Orlando for Carnival: The Red and Black Ball. There’s no cover until 11 p.m. and there will be two Ladies of the Majestic Shows, at 11 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. Headdresses welcome, but don’t upstage the queens!

How many of you like Joey Brooks, The First Lady of Ybor? She is the show director at Bradley’s whcf_fri_bradon 7th in Tampa, and you can see her every Friday. Join her and two very special guests for shows at 11:30 p.m. and 1:15 a.m. She also has a revue on Saturday nights. (Same time, same place, in the diva den!)

Saturday March 1

Mojoman Swimwear and Clothing is looking for its next model! Boxers & Briefs: Are You Orlando’s Next Mojoman? is their model search and it will be going on this evening at Parliament House in Orlando. The winner gets $300 in cash, a $150 Mojoman gift card, a photoshoot, and an appearance in one of their print ads! Come see the sexy men working what they’ve got!

Did you know that five of the eight Stonewall Starlettes are born in the same month? That month is March and Stonewall Bar Orlando is starting off the month with a humongous happy birthday celebration to Tashae Royale Sherrington, Fonda B. Coxx, Dané Singal, Christina Douglas and Chrysanthemum. A top-secret special guest will appear as well! Showtime is at 11 o’clock.

I’m a personal fan of Tiara Latrice Wells Teal, and it will be the end of an era for Hammerheads Beer and Wine Bar near Walt Disney World when she performs in her final show this evening. Showtime is 10:30 and she will be joined by Sasha Blake, Dashia Moon and Cameron Santino.

Sunday March 2

A few weeks ago, Ivy Queen’s Gay Club Tour stopped at Parliament House in Orlando, and whcf_sun_ivynow she’s stopping in Tampa Bay. See her at The Honey Pot right on 7th Avenue in Ybor City. Doors open at 8 p.m. General admission is $25 and if you want a VIP admission, complete with photograph and autographed CD, the cost is $50. Chill Chamber in New Port Richey is honoring the life of Melinda Curtis, who died in January at the age of 42, by presenting a Women’s AIDS Awareness Benefit, which starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m. HIV testing will be provided by the BayCare Behavioral Health HIV Case Management Program, and that organization will also be receiving part of the donations raised.
