Pride Fort Lauderdale celebra su 38 edición, haciendo algunos grandes cambios- el festival se ha trasladado al mes de octubre. El Festival se celebrará en Holiday Park / War Memorial Auditorium el Sábado, 10 de octubre y el domingo 11 de octubre. En la puerta, los boletos costarán $10 el sábado y $15 para el domingo. Las entradas incluyen la entrada al 
evento y también aparcamiento gratuito. Entradas VIP cuestan $50 para los dos días e incluyen todo lo indicado anteriormente, además de acceso a la carpa VIP, refrescos gratuitos, agua y cocteles en la carpa VIP. El Día Nacional de salir del closet, se celebra cada 11 de octubre. Es un día de conciencia en el que la sociedad reconoce y celebra las personas que han sido fieles a sí mismos al salir públicamente como homosexual u otra minoría sexual. Pride Fort Lauderdale celebrates its 38th year by making a big move- jumping to the month of October. The Festival will be held at Holiday Park/War Memorial Auditorium on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11. At the door, tickets will cost $10 for Saturday and $15 for Sunday. Tickets include admission to Pride and also free parking. VIP tickets cost $50 for both days and include everything outlined above plus access to the VIP tent, free soda, water and mixed drinks in the VIP tent, and front-stage standing room for the concerts. National Coming Out Day, observed every October 11, is a day of awareness in which society recognizes and celebrates the people who have been true to themselves by coming out publicly as homosexual or another sexual minority.
