A University of Pennsylvania study has found that men with shaved heads are seen as more dominant, taller and stronger than men with hair. But don’t grab the razor just yet, guys. The study also found that men with shaved heads were seen as “considerably less attractive” than those with a full head of hair.

Speaking at the 2017 Real Estate Market Outlook conference in Miami last week, Ron Shuffield, president and CEO of EWM Realty, predicted an oversupply of Miami condos will result in lower prices for prospective buyers. According to the South Florida Business Journal, Shuffied said “There will be pressure to reduce asking prices.”
