Starting off with the number Ten Slot. . .
#10 Message- Kyle Puccia Kyle Puccia hits the charts with a Message. While Kyle Puccia is no stranger to seeing his name on the charts, we never expected this. "Message" says we should "never give up, and we should live it up like we are dying". Well the listeners have spoken and they are dying for more from Mr. Kyle Puccia. Strong vocals and sweet arrangement of the synths with a very nice bass line had this writer bouncing in the seat and tapping the keyboard to the rhythm. Very nice job, Mr. Kyle Puccia, and welcome back to the charts. Kylepuccia.com

What a breath of fresh air! Finally, a song and video that is current, refreshing, breathtaking and inspiring, not to mention you can dance to the amazing rhythm and bass line. Brian Kent's new smash single "I'll Find A Way" breaks the stigma of the "Labels Of Us All." Finally, an artist speaks to us all about labels we place not only on ourselves but also on each other.

Kate Perry - She is hard to place in the mainstream music world, let alone in the LGBT Music scene. Katy Perry is considered one of the few female vocalist with the range, rhythm, power and edge that can keep her slamming out the hits. Controversy should be her middle name, with racey edged music videos, like "I Kissed A Girl" to her statements made in the press regarding her reasons for marriage to Russell Brand, which were regarded as rude and put the LGBT Community in a hold pattern for Katy.

I am in LOVE with Jennifer Lopez's 7th studio release, "LOVE." You have all heard "On The Floor" feat Pitbull, but have you heard the rest? I have and once again JLo sets the bar even higher for those artists going the electro digital track style. It is all about Love, Betrayal, Hope Of Love, Breaking Up and then Starting Over. The hard bass pounding dance phenom, "On The Floor" is one of four such styled tracks on the new release. "Villain,""Invading My Mind," "I'm Into You" and "Good Hit", are the others that will leave you begging for the beats to continue. "(What Is) Love" slows it down, and asks the same question we all have about love. Will it be good, great, the trouble of dating and will it last?

It wouldn't be accurate to say 2010 was a outstanding year for LGBT Music, but rather it was a year with a strong showing for the LGBT artists, at best. The end of the year does bring some very high notes, including Adam Lambert, The Cast Of Glee, Lady Gaga and Sir Elton John, who are all getting nods for The Grammys this year. On the sour note, of course, we as the LGBT Community once again failed to award our artists as we should have, with the cancellation or "postponement" of the Out Music Awards Show which was originally scheduled to have taken place on December 1. The organizers of the Out Music Awards have said the award show is merely a postponement, but as of now we have nothing more than a "promise" of a spring show, with no date set as of this writing. This is not fair to all of the LGBT artists who deserve recognition and praise from our community!

Brian Kent's life in the entertainment industry has morphed from touring as part of company, sharing the stage with such amazing talents as Kristine W., Crystal Waters and Martha Wash to being a songwriter and performer in his own right. "Whatcha' Doin To Me" from Brian's debut album as a solo artist, "Breathe Life," put him on Billboard's Top 40 Dance Charts for the first time and marked his second appearance on Sirius Radio's Hot 20 Charts. Brian is climbing the charts again with his newest single, "I'll Find A Way." Reporting DJ Shane Phoenix brings us this interview.

The Out Music Awards was to be held December 1, 2010, just one week from today. Now the artists who were nominated and the attendees are left to scramble to cancel hotels, flights and reservations of all sorts. Everyone, from artists to dancers to production staff, is outraged at this latest failure of the Out Music Awards. The 2009 Out Music Awards were a disaster, from no names on the winners' envelopes to people being asked to move closer to the stage so the stadium would look more full, to long periods of silence between acts on stage, now the 2010 Awards canceled due to a "last minute sponsor pullout."

Hello everyone here we are again, in the fall of another year and the fall offs of the charts. But let's not hover over the past; let's talk about what's going to warm your buns and your ear drums this month. First to be served up, a toasty little favorite of yours and mine. "Loud," the new album from Rihanna herself, speaks volumes about her new attitude and lyrics. The title track "Only Girl (In the World)" returns Rihanna back to her hard hitting bad girl vocals that made her famous, singing about her need for total devotion from her lover and how she wants her lover to make her feel like the only girl in the world (Honey, don't we all!).
