This is an annual fundraiser to support HIV/AIDS education, advocacy, prevention and treatment through the Metro Wellness Center. Georgie's Alibi Saint Petersburg is giving you a double dose of Flowers this weekend with none only than the lady herself, Miss Nina Flowers. Nina was best known for her time spent on RuPaul's Drag Race but has since made one hell of a name for herself. Tonight, Nina will be performing for you live at 10 pm sharp, this is one show you should be sure NOT to miss. Now, for those of you who didn't know, Nina Flowers is a DJ as well and what an amazing DJ she is. She will be spinning tomorrow night, Saturday December 3rd, so if it's dancing you're looking to do Georgie's is where you'll want to be. There is no cover for either of these events. It's the time of the year again to "Light Up The Courtyard" at The Parliament House Resort. Come out and join Don, Susan and the rest of the Parliament House Resort staff as they flip the switch for one of the most beautifully decorated locations, with over 100 Christmas Trees and lights, in Central Florida. This event is free for the whole community to attend and will feature a parade, a marching band and of course Santa Claus himself! There will also be two Footlight Players shows at 10 pm and Midnight. Parliamenthouse.com Lettuce Rejoice tonight at Revolution because the green goddess drag queen herself, Hedda Lettuce is performing live at 8 pm in the Majestic Theatre. This event is in commemoration of Tweeka Weed's birthday, who we sadly recently lost, and all monies raised will be donated to The Barber Fund. This is a great reason to come out to raise money for a great cause while having a lot of fun with friends. Revolutionorlando.com
Sunday, December 4th Bananas: An American Diner proudly presents Gospel Brunch Sundays. Their funky version of Sunday Services are held at 11:30 am and again at 1 pm and what a service it is, lol. The show is presided over by Sister Danielle Hunter along with Sister Dena Cass and all of their special choir guests. The food is great and the show is hysterical so come out, break some bread with them and just have a great time. What a great way to start your Sunday Funday. Bananasdiner.com Tuesday, December 6th It's the most popular night of the week at Hamburger Mary's in Orlando because tonight is HamBingo! Miss Sammy and Carol Lee call the balls along with singing, jokes and just a whole lot of fun. The games start at 6:30 and most always sells out so Mary really does recommend reservations. You can make them by calling 321-319-0600. Hamburgermarys-orlando.com
