Jerry and his terrific staff at Mona’s want to thank all of you who helped them raise over $6,000 at this year's PHD July 4th Benefit for Poverello! Lots of fun was had by all who participated in the auctions, raffles and games like “Spin the Cock,” “Toss Your Balls,” and “Cock Ringers,” just to name a few! Bill’s Filling Station hosts the 2008 Bartenders Boxers & Briefs Benefit for Tuesday’s Angels on Monday, July 21. The silent suction starts at 8 pm and the bartender auction at 9. There’s also 2-4-1 drinks all night and a 50/50 raffle. Emcees for the evening are Russell of Ramrod fame, Miss Kitty, Nikki Adams, Misty Eyes and a special guest appearance by Toni Barone. Sidelines Sports Bar will once again be one of Fort Lauderdale’s clubs to play host to the Q Ball Pool League as it begins its Summer, 2008 season. They play every Tuesday night and this season will have eighteen teams, with a minimum of five players and a maximum of eight. The “Home” bar provides the table, which is closed to the public from 7 to 10 PM, gives a free drink to all players and pays a sponsor fee of $50 per team. At the end of the season in early November, there are semi-final matches and a league championship.
