"Nude Dude", Dave Armstrong, is leading an effort to attain a designated, clothing-optional section at the north end of the city beach in Delray Beach. Dave is a Naturist Action Committee area representative and has had some initial discussions with city officials and front page coverage in the local newspaper and has asked me to pass along his request for help.
