Food for Life Receives New Van
Last Monday, the Food for Life Network received a new delivery van with funds donated by the Health Foundation of South Florida. The van will be used to deliver food to individuals living with AIDS. Food for Life is a division of Care Resource, Inc. and was founded in 1987.
Martini Tuesdays Reaches 7
This week, Edison Farrow’s SoBe Social Club’s “Martini Tuesday” reached seven years old. What was originally just a gathering of friends who got together for martinis has grown into a weekly phenomenon. Martini Tuesday have become a social event for the smart and fashionable in Miami and Miami
Beach. Martini Tuesdays was the start of the SoBe Social Club which now includes “The Simple Life” Thursdays at Buck15 Lounge and other special events throughout the year. Now, over 1,000,000 people a year attend events of the SoBe Social Club events each year.
Saturday Night Party
South Florida’s number-one party on Saturday night is at Discotekka with the pumping sounds of deejay/producer Jarell. The evening will feature special shows by Vegas Dion and is hosted by Milancita.com. There is a $5 cover before midnight then it turns to $15 from midnight to 1 am. Score Presents Shequida
Two great new events are being planned for Score. This Sunday, March 2 will feature a one-night show of live music and comedy featuring, direct from New York City, superstar Shequida, the only diva who does her own singing. The show starts and 9 pm and is followed by Karaoke Miami. No cover. A hot time is promised for Friday, March 7th, “Evolution Friday”, Miami’s hottest Friday night. This particular Friday will feature live erotic shows starring XXX producer and superstar, Michael Lucas with music by deejay/producer, Angelo Kortez.

13th Street in Fort Lauderdale. The bar will be called The Depot and it’s the brainchild of Michael Curry and his business partners.
Rumba Nights is going to be something new to do soon in southwest Miami-Dade
County. Rumba Nights will feature Las Divas del Jacuzzi’s Sophia Devine on Thursdays and Sundays and will be located at 60th Avenue and SW 8 Street.
