Looped, a play by Matthew Lombardo, staring Stefanie Powers, will be playing at the Parker Playhouse later this month. The play, which previously starred Valerie Harper, both in its Broadway run in 2010, and in its National tour, is coming back to south Florida, and unfortunately, due to an unforeseen illness, Ms. Harper had to back out. She was replaced by Stefanie Powers. Powers, made famous for her role in the television series Hart To Hart and the Girl From U.N.C.L.E., is very excited to have the opportunity to take on the role of Tallulah Bankhead in the play, which follows the gay icon as she attempts to do voice over work (Looping) for the last film she made before she died.
