Leinad:  We met at O’Zone. I was on a weekend getaway and some friends introduced us...it was a very casual thing.  After hanging out and talking for a bit, the interest grew to the point where we missed each other.  Little did we know how it was going to turn out, after three months I moved to Miami to be with him.

Regnier:  We began dating on December 1st, 2003 and recently celebrated our sixth anniversary.

Leinad:  Before our relationship, we never lived with our partners before.  So, at first it was a challenge learning to live together and understand each other’s way of being.

Regnier:  We overcame our challenges with a lot of patience, tolerance, communication and compromise.
Regnier:  Superamos nuestros retos con mucha paciencia, tolerancia, comunicación y compromiso.

Both:  The most important thing in our relationship is trust and loyalty.

Regnier:  Don’t try to change your partner, accept them for who they are and always meet them halfway.

Leinad:  Always keep the doors of communication open.  If there’s something on your mind, talk about it and work it out with your partner.
