This past holiday weekend was chock filled with activities. Friday night featured the monthly Artwalk down Wilton Drive and Copy This featured pics taken by Hotspots’ own Pompano Bill. After the Artwalk I stopped in at the Manor as my good friends at Pandora Events presented their monthly comedy spotlight staring Suzanne Westenhoffer, who was hilarious! Afterwards I headed down to Score for the official sailaway party for the Atlantis Cruise produced by Hilton Wolman. As usual the club was packed with hotties who were kept entertained by the music of Abel and Joe Gauthreaux. Sunday started with the monthly Market Bazaar at the Shoppes of Wilton Manors and even the rain couldn’t keep the shoppers away. The evening started with Johnny’s, and Austin Wilde, Raging Stallion Studio Man of the Year 2010, performing live. With his ruggedly handsome looks and incredible body you can only imagine how hot the show was. Later that night I headed over to Bill’s for Misty Eyez’s yearly birthday extravaganza. To say Misty is loved would be an understatement because Bills was packed!

whatshot10THE STRIP is a neo-burlesque club. What the hell is neo-burlesque? It’s a lot like classic burlesque, except it encompasses more than just a strip tease and a comedian with a spinning bowtie. “Those things are still present, but modern dance and mini-theatrical plays may also be involved with a bit of a freakish twist” says owner/artist director Glenn Douglas Packard. World renowned choreographer for his Emmy nominated work for Michael Jacksons 30th Anniversary Special is the driving force behind this exciting new Miami venue.  “We have world class acts, with some of the biggest stars in neo-burlesque, its more tease than strip, but it will get you 100% naughty.” World class talent paired with the most shockingly seductive perform-ances are what set The Strip in a class of its own within elite nightlife entertainment.  Cele-brity choreographer and Brooke Hogan’s bff in the “Knows Best” series has created a completely new concept in the heart of South Beach attracting top celebrities, athletes and the jet set from around the globe. Opening at the end of January, The Strip will host the who’s who of South Beach elite just in time for Super Bowl with a show unlike anyone has seen so far in South Florida.
