He will be going on to represent Florida at the 2010 International Escort of the Year in New York City on Friday, March 19th at Club Rebel. As Rawy is preparing to bring the title home to Florida I had the opportunity to sit down and chat with him.

How did you get into escorting?
A friend of mine used to do porn and he asked him if I was interested in doing porn and I said no. But we kept talking about it and he said to me, “Why don’t you escort.” I gave it a shot and liked it.
How long have you been an escort for?
I have been escorting for 2 years.
What do you like about being an escort?
I really enjoy what I do a lot. It’s a challenge for me to help every client reach the point where they can detach mentally from all their personal and work problems. When this happens I know I did my job well.
What is the biggest misconception about being an escort?
That people think you are a sex machine. A lot of my clients just need company and want someone to listen. With many clients I have deep conversations about politics and other important ideas that affect the world and our lives.

Honest, personable and focused.
You have a very sexy and strong accent. Where are you from and how long have you been in Florida?
I am Puerto Rican and I moved to Florida 6 years ago when I was 20.
What made you enter the Florida Escort of the Year contest?
I don’t even know. They called me like 4 days before the contest and I said why not, and jumped in and gave it a shot. I did not expect to win but according to Howard of Fabscout Entertainment I was the clear winner. He went on to say no one even came close. That made me feel really good.
What are you doing to prepare to win the International Escort of the Year Contest?
I am just going to be myself and hope for the best. I am very comfortable and secure in who I am.
Do you do anything else other then escorting?
I own my own company, Office Maintenance Depot, which provides office and residential cleaning services.
Tell me something people would be surprised to know about you.
That I am very focused on my office management company. I love escorting, but I can’t do it forever so I am setting myself up to become a realty tycoon. I am starting to invest in property this year.
