Last Monday was the much anticipated return of the Miss Pride South Florida Pageant produced by the first Miss Pride South Florida, Latrice Royale. The pageant took place at Boom Nightclub and was very well attended an in the new Miss Pride is Porsha Chambers (well deserved win). On Wednesday was the 3rd anniversary of SFGN at J. Marks and many of the Hotspots Media Group was there to support. Congrats to our friends at SFGN for 3 wonderful years and wishing them many more years of success. Thursday night began with the 5th anniversary of Beefcakes, which featured lots of free Hor D’oeuvres served by sexy waiters and some faces I havent seen in a long time. It was like old home week. Afterwards, I went down to Miami for the 25th anniversary of Palace and the who’s who of the South Beach community came out to celebrate with Tom and his entire staff. This was a very fun event filled with performances by the Palace girls. Friday night Boom started their new Latin Sensation in the video lounge with VJ Mark Rivera and performances by Natasha Danielle. Afterwards I went to the 2nd anniversary of Bubble Gum Fridays at the Manor, which was packed and had a Cirque theme and a performance by the 3 Friday night divas together (TP, Estephania and Sasha). Saturday night featured the 55 Pig Dance at the Ramrod and later on my friend Joe Granda (Granda Entertainment) celebrated his birthday at Discotekka Nightclub. Here’s wishing Joe and very happy birthday and many more to come!
