Pride RX and JACO CrossFit Team Up for ‘Workout of the Day’ Social
JACO Hybrid Training Center in Boca Raton will host local CrossFitters on December 7
Pride RX, a community of LGBT CrossFitters and allies coming together to promote active and healthy lifestyles, is teaming up with Boca Raton’s JACO CrossFit to host a WOD Social Saturday, December 7th.
A WOD Social brings together local CrossFitters to complete the “workout of the day,” or WOD. Open to the public and CrossFitters alike, check in begins at 10:00 a.m. and the WOD will begin at 10:30 a.m. JACO Crossfit is located inside JACO Hybrid Training Center at 7561 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton.
Pride RX began in 2011 and has since become a growing community throughout South Florida. Pride RX takes the principles of CrossFit and applies them in the pursuit of a global social network of individuals, whom all live and love to WOD. Jorge Sanchez, founder of Pride RX, explains, “When I began the Pride RX WOD Socials back in March of this year, it started as a way for the LGBT CrossFit community to meet together and workout. Since then, the network of Pride RX ally affiliates has continued to grow. We are so pleased to welcome JACO CrossFit to the family to help us to continue our commitment to promote healthy active lifestyles.”
