The Gay Men’s Chorus of South Florida presents this year’s holiday concert, “Comfort and Joy,” for a special two-weekend run at Sunshine Cathedral (1480 SW 9th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale). The 160-member chorus will be performing at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, December 12 and 13, followed by two more shows at the same time on Friday and Saturday, December 19 and 20.
The holiday concert presents to listeners the holiday-themed songs they know and love, and it’s an extravaganza that is enjoyed by thousands of fans each year. The Sun News Miami called the Chorus’s past holiday performances “first-rate.” Last year’s holiday concert, Heaven and Nature Sings, was filmed and televised by South Florida PBS station WLRN-TV.
Tickets have been on sale for the past month and are close to selling out, so don’t delay in buying your ticket today! Tickets are available in two price categories, $35 and $45; visit gmcsf.org or call (954) 763-2266 for more information.
