Ignite your passion to party and bask in the afterglow of one of the world’s most beloved LGBTQ events – Winter Party Festival. For 2015, Winter Party Festival will showcase eight pulse-raising dance events presided over by the world’s most electric and eclectic DJs. Winter Party Festival heats up the beat from March 4 – 9 at venues throughout world-famous Miami Beach and Miami.
“Winter Party Festival is a high-octane celebration,” says Justin Bell, Winter Party Festival Chair for 2015. “Our dance events are fueled by uniting the global community in one of the world’s top destinations to celebrate who we are as individuals and who we are as a community. Nowhere is this excitement more apparent than during one of our dance events.”
The light-and-sound shows detonate on March 5 with Ignite, the official dance event party that sparks the fire for the rest of the dance events throughout the weekend. Ignite promises to be the biggest opening night dance event in Winter Party Festival’s 22-year history, with international DJs Dan Slater from Australia and Dani Toro from Barcelona leading the way. The Festival’s (heart)beat quickens at Club Space on Friday when Winter Party and Hilton Wolman Events present Pulse with superstar DJs Rosabel on the upstairs Space Terrace and Flower Power — Nina Flowers (star of “RuPaul’s Drag Race”) and Power Infiniti – downstairs. Two floors of excitement to meet friends and dance the night away. Friday, March 6, 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., Club Space, 34 NE 11th St., Miami.
Saturday starts off with a splash at the Under One Sun Pool Party at the host hotel, Shelborne Wyndham Grand South Beach. The crowd will be working its Speedos, board shorts and bikinis with DJ Brett Henrichsen steering the vibe. Experience the surge on Saturday for Energy at Score with DJ Alain Jackinsky direct from Montreal, and DJ and Producer Isaac Escalante from Mexico keeping the get-up-and-go get-up-and-going. Saturday, March 7, 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., Score, 1437 Washington Ave, Miami Beach.
Sunday features the party that started it all – THE internationally acclaimed Beach Party. Often imitated, never duplicated, The Beach Party is where old friends meet and new friends greet, this year under the captivating sounds of global DJ powerhouses Seth Cooper and Italian native Phil Romano. Sunday, March 8, noon to 7 p.m., on the sands of South Beach, just off Ocean Drive.
After the beach, the party “beams up” at Mansion Nightclub where Winter Party Festival and Masterbeat join intergalactic forces to present WE Party: Attacks. Unlike anything mere earthlings have experienced before, WE Party: Attacks presents a new extraterrestrial experience of sights and sounds, courtesy of Madrid’s WE Party and two supernova DJs – Miami’s own Alyson Calagna and Berlin’s Micky Friedmann. Survivors of the attack continue for one last dance at ACTION! Afterglow. Under the stewardship of DJ Joe Gauthreaux, ACTION!
