The Board of Directors of the Legends of Vinyl have announced the second stop on their 2015 tour. Their first event, held in Philadelphia in April, was an astounding success. The public is invited to join them as they give awards to the area’s best DJs, recording artists, producers, record promoters, and sound engineers.
There will be an afternoon seminar followed by the awards ceremony. Legends of Vinyl Member of the Board Ray Caviano (RFC Records) will be honoring Mr. Henry Stone and T.K. Records with a special tribute. Recording artist and Member of the Board Ray Martinez will be performing. DJs Robbie Leslie, Frank Corr, and Luis Mario will provide the music for dancing to conclude the evening.
The event will be attended by influential individuals from the music industry.
Legends of Vinyl, LLC, are a national institution providing global leadership in education, recognition, and celebration of excellence in the art of creative spinning of record vinyl. Their DJ Hall of Fame listing has been donated to the Library of Congress, in the Motion Picture, Broadcast and Recorded Sound Division, in Washington, D.C.
