Benefiting the Zebra Coalition

The Zebra Coalition, which helps LGBT+ homeless youth in Central Florida, is bringing back another exciting fundraising event which wowed the community last year. This year’s Fall Fashion Give Back event will be held at Neiman Marcus’s Orlando location, located at 4170 Conroy Road, on Thursday, August 20. If you’re coming for the event, please use the Conroy Road entrance.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. with a silent auction, followed by a fashion show featuring the latest offerings from Neiman Marcus for both men and women. There will also be refreshments, hors d’oeuvres, and a raffle. All proceeds from this event, from ticket sales to the silent auction to the raffle, benefit the Zebra Coalition.
If you’d like to attend, organizers are asking that you buy your ticket in advance because this event is expected to sell out very soon. The cost of each ticket is $75, and ticketholders will receive a $25 Neiman Marcus gift card as thanks for supporting the Zebra Coalition and Neiman Marcus Orlando. The mission of the Zebra Coalition is “to foster hope, dignity and self-respect in lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and all youth (LGBT+) and to provide them an opportunity to grow up in a safe, healthy and supportive environment.” The Zebra Coalition, through its extensive network of social service providers, government agencies, schools and universities, provide extensive services to at-risk homeless LGBT+ youth. They aid youth who are being bullied, dealing with abuse (whether it be physical, sexual or drug-related), and suffering from feelings of isolation and hopelessness. The Zebra Coalition’s programs help these youth go on to live stable lives as adults.
