The 30th Annual Miami Yacht Show takes place from today through Monday, February 19 along Collins Avenue across from the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc hotels in Miami Beach. In its 30th year, the Miami Yacht Show attracts a global audience to a spectacular display of yachts and marine products, including more than 500 new and brokerage yachts and a wide array of the latest marine technology and accessories. Tickets are $25 per person and free for children 15 and under. VIP packages are available at $150 per day, which include admission to the show.

Palace, the iconic gay restaurant and bar on 1052 Ocean Drive that is world-renowned for its live drag performances,  will celebrate its thirtieth anniversary tonight with a show-stopping grand gala it is dubbing “The Pearl Ball”.   Miami drag superstar Tiffany T. Fantasia will host the celebration, with a special guest DJ and live performances by The Palace Divas. Rumors will start their two day celebration of their 5th anniversary tonight with a Vegas Night at 7 p.m. where all proceeds will benefit the Florida AIDS Walk and Music Festival. The Wilton Manors monthly Arts and Entertainment Expo Art Walk takes place tonight from 6-9 p.m. This is an evening of fun where south Florida’s fine artists will be displaying paintings, photographs, jewelry, and sculpture at various locations, plus wandering musicians.
