The Pet Project presents “Hoops 4 Hounds,” which will take place at Matty’s (2100 Wilton Dr) from 3 to 6pm. They invite everyone to help our furry friends in this shooting fundraiser…It’s a slam duck. For more information go to Petprojectfl.org.

With various locations on the map, including stores in Boca Raton, Pembroke Pines and Weston, CREAM will now add Doral to its locator map. The new location will host a grand opening from 12 noon to 12 midnight. The festivities will include FREE Handcrafted & Warm Ice Cream Sandwiches from Opening until 7pm and a ribbon cutting ceremony including Doral Mayor Juan Carlos Bermudez and Doral Council, Bravo TV’s Richie Skye, renowned artist Carlos A. The Manor Complex presents, Brooke Lynn Hytes the break out star from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 11, live and in person. The first 100 people online at 11pm will get a free meet and greet with photo opportunity after Brooke’s show. That night, Noche Latina Saturdays takes over the Windsor Room for one night only, with performances by Taina Norell and Angie Ovahness, along with DJ Larry Larr and sexy Latin Go-Go Papi’s. Doors open at 11pm to 4am, and feature NO COVER before midnight (FL Res) and only $7 for members after midnight and $10 for non-members (18-20 – $12 all night).

The 31st annual AIDS Walk Miami takes place today at Soundscape Park with registration at 8am and the walk starting at 9am. The celebrity MC will be US Congresswoman Donna Shalala. The Pride Center presents “Wrestling With Pride” from 7-10pm at The Manor Complex. Admission is $20 pre-sale, and $25 at the door ($50 VIP). All proceeds go to benefit the Pride Center.

The GLLN invites presents their next CLE Luncheon where they will be announcing the amounts raised at the Gala and presenting checks to Latinos Salud and The Pet Project. The lunch, which is open to everyone, takes place at Timpano Chophouse (450 Las Olas Boulevard) from 11:45 am to 1:15pm. The speaker will be Jessica L.
