The 2019 OUTShine (Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival) Centerpiece Party was held at The Shelborne on Miami Beach and featured Fred Rosser (former WWE Superstar Darren Young), entertainment from The Cabaret South Beach and a proclamation from the City of Miami Beach by Vice Mayor Michael Gongora.
