The Grand Resort and Spa, located on Fort Lauderdale Beach, has been a gay destination for twenty years. They recently hosted a party celebrating that achievement with plenty of drinks, food and with hostess Joe Posa as Joan Rivers and a show by local Drag Icon Latrice Royale.
