SAGE of South Florida & Prime Gentlemen present the movie: “Tom of Finland” at 1:30 pm at the Pride Center (2040 N. Dixie Highway, Wilton Manors). This is a FREE event with free soda and popcorn served during the movie. The National LGBTQ Task Force presents its 23rd annual Gala at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach to honor Wilson Cruz and Anthony Rapp for their leadership in the LGBTQ community. Cruz and Rapp currently co-star on the award-winning CBS All Access original series Star Trek: Discovery, where they play the first openly gay couple in the Star Trek universe. The theme is Fifty Years of Fierce! Fierce celebrates the intensity and passion with which the LGBTQ community has loved and lost, fought, and thrived in the fifty years since the Stonewall uprising of 1969. The Manor Complex presents their annual Pink Party in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In the Ballroom hear the sounds of DJ Sushiman. SAGE of South Florida proudly presents: The Florida Grand Opera Studio Artists performing an afternoon of arias from the four operas to be presented in their 2019-2020 season. The concert will be held at 2pm in the Main Hall of The Pride Center. The concert is free, open to the general public and plenty of free parking will be available. The Miami-Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (MDGLCC) invites you to its popular and well attended bi-monthly Spotlight Mega-Mixer at the Adrienne Arsht Center (1300 Biscayne Blvd) from 6-9pm.
