When Lana and Lilly Wachowski created The Matrix, they were known as the Wachowski Brothers. Little did most people know that the series was based on their journey coming out as transgender. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the 4th film, and Warner Brothers has finally released it’s title. The film is titled Matrix 4: Resurrections and directed by Lana Wachowski, one of the siblings who wrote and directed all the films in the The Matrix Trilogy. Carrie-Anne Moss and Neil Patrick Harris also star in the film alongside Keanu Reeves. In the new movie, Thomas Anderson (played by Reeves) doesn’t remember anything about The Matrix. He eventually bumps into a woman, played by Carrie-Ann Moss, at a coffee shop. They shake hands but don’t remember each other, and neither does Moss have any memory of her life as Trinity. As things continue, events that parallel the original trilogy begin to play out.
