On Tuesday morning, Lil Nas X continued celebrating the upcoming “birth” of his new album Montero with a link to a baby gift registry. People who went to www.WelcomeToMontero.com/BabyRegistry found that the gifts weren’t for the rapper, but it contained a track list for the album with links for people to donate to various charity groups. Here at Queer News Tonight, we were proud and excited to see local South Florida group Transinclusive, as well as the sponsors of our sister show TRANSlation, Arianna’s Center. Lil Nas X continues to push the LGBTQ+ into the spotlight, and this is another great way to support our community. We can’t wait for him to birth Montero on September 17th.
